Data collection and processing

In general, you do not need to divulge personal details in order to use our website. The only information which will be saved is access data which is not linked to your personal details. Access data could include, but is not limited to, the name of the internet service provider, your IP address, the name of the website you visited before visiting the CDH AG website, the name of data accessed and the date on which it was accessed. This data is collected solely with the aim of improving our internet services. The personal details of persons visiting our website will be collected only when they are freely disclosed. Such a disclosure may take place when providing required details such as your name and company in the forms on our website associated with trial licenses of CDH AG software or contact requests.

Use and transfer of personal data

When disclosed to us, your personal details will be used only to the extent necessary to enable us to provide the service to you. On completion of the service no further use of your data will made and such data will be deleted after the data retention periods required by German tax and commercial regulations. With an enrollment to CDH AG newsletter services you explicitly permit your personal data to be used for further purposes. Your personal details will be used to enable us to send you advertising information on CDH products and services. You may unsubscribe to newsletter services at any time.
