We have released a new version of GNS Animator4 FEM Post-Processor.
GNS Animator4 Version 2.7.2 offers following new features and enhancements:
- Dropped support for RHEL/CentOS 7
- Fixed issues that caused instabilities when reading a database.
- Reduced file size (up to 10%) for curve database.
- Fixed context menu of views not accessible on Ubuntu >= 23.10
- Nastran: added support for CPYRAM elements
- Pamcrash
- added support for SPHELO elements
- updated femunzip-erf to v16.00
- fixed several issues reading SSR data from erf(.fz)
- Workaround for broken tensor description in ERF: assume they are always stored in the global coordinate system.
- Fixed issues with numeric wildcards
- Added several new result variables
- Added “ide slo sum act/all” command to get slot summary using result variables.
- Improved documentation of complex curves support for “c2d cal” functions.
- Python: ‘Database4’ supported as interface for ‘GNSCurveScan’ object
